We believe you get one life, and it should feel like yours—deeply lived, intentionally built, & fully yours to choose.

Hi, i’m tiffanie

Personal Development Mentor + Founder + speaker

I’ve spent more than 15 years in finance, business, leadership, and entrepreneurship - managing money, leading teams, building businesses, and eventually serving as CEO of a personal development company.

Today, my work is simple:

I help women trust themselves enough to build lives that actually feel like their own.

I work at the intersection of self-trust, identity, decision-making, purpose, habits, time, and personal infrastructure—helping women get honest about where they are, clear on what they want, and equipped to close the gap between the two.

Because self-trust isn’t something you wait to feel.

You build evidence for it.

THE ORBIT WORK

A young woman with long, curly blonde hair wearing a loose, patterned shirt, camouflage shorts, and tan cowboy boots standing on a city street at night. Behind her are neon signs for various restaurants and bars, and a crowd of people walking along the sidewalk.

Strength + Health Mentor

I’ve spent more than 15 years in the fitness industry coaching strength, movement, nutrition, recovery, and performance. In 2017, my team and I won the CrossFit Games. an experience that showed me firsthand what the human body is capable of.

Today, my work is simple:

I help women build bodies capable of carrying the lives they want to live.

Because strength matters outside the gym. So does energy, sleep, nutrition, recovery, and having enough left in the tank for the people, experiences, and life that matters to you.

Health shouldn’t consume your life.

It should help you live more of it.

THE VESSEL WORK

We’re raising our little boy. We’re building companies. We’re learning how to slow down. We’re getting outside more.

We’re chasing big ideas. We’re questioning old definitions of success.

We’re learning about land and animals and dreaming about what life might look like with a little more dirt under our boots.

We train. We travel. We work hard. We change our minds. We course-correct. We protect time together. We try things. We screw things up. We learn.

And we’re increasingly interested in building a life that feels good to live, not simply one that looks impressive from the outside.

That’s important to us because Frannie isn’t something we want to stand on a stage and teach while living completely differently behind the scenes.

We’re in it, too.

We’re practicing what we teach. We’re asking the same questions.

We’re continuing to decide what stays, what goes, what matters, and what kind of life we want our son to grow up watching us live.

We aren’t interested in becoming finished products. We’re interested in becoming more awake.

More capable.
More intentional.
More ourselves.

WHY WE BUILT FRANNIE.

We kept coming back to the same realization:

The work is connected.

We can’t separate the woman from the body carrying her.

We can’t talk about pursuing a bigger life without talking about whether we have the physical and emotional capacity to hold it.

We can’t talk about health without talking about the schedule, identity, relationships, expectations, and decisions shaping it.

And we can’t build lives that feel like ours if we don’t trust ourselves enough to choose them.

That’s where our worlds meet.

Tiffanie works with the woman.

Mandi works with the vessel carrying her.

And together, we’ve created Frannie to make space for all of it.

But this is bigger than mentorship. We want Frannie to be a place women can come live a little.

Come have coffee. Listen to a Sunday Jam. Walk into a room full of women you didn’t know before.

Learn something.
Try something.
Get stronger.
Ask better questions.
Laugh really hard.
Change your mind.
Do something that scares you.
Remember what you like.

And maybe discover another version of yourself along the way.

and then there’s us

the frannie way

LIVED, NOT JUST LEARNED

Tools and practices made for your actual life.

the whole woman

Mind, body, identity + the life you’re building.

YOUR LIFE. YOUR WAY.

Less outside expectation. More self-trust to choose what’s right for you.

GO WHERE IT FEELS GOLDEN.

We don’t know exactly what your version of a well-lived life looks like. And that’s kind of the point.

We don’t want to hand you ours. We want to help create spaces where you can discover more of yours.

A little deeper.

A little wilder.

A whole lot more intentionally.

We’re really glad you’re here.
