Welcome to The Frannie Collective.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of befrannie.com (the “Website”) and your interaction with content, resources, programs, events, memberships, mentorship, products, and services offered by The Frannie Collective, a DBA of M&T Growth Consulting LLC (“Frannie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Website or purchasing, registering for, applying for, or participating in our offerings, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or our services.

OUR SERVICES

The Frannie Collective is a personal development, mentorship, wellness, community, and lifestyle company.

Our offerings may include mentorship, educational content, community experiences, digital resources, audio content including Sunday Jams, workshops, events, retreats, fitness and wellness-related education, and other products or services.

Offerings may change over time.

EDUCATIONAL AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PURPOSES

Content and services provided by The Frannie Collective are intended for educational, informational, and personal development purposes.

Nothing provided through the Website, mentorship, programs, events, social media, Sunday Jams, community discussions, or other Frannie offerings should be interpreted as medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, tax, investment, or financial advice.

The Frannie Collective does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical or mental health conditions.

You are responsible for consulting appropriately qualified professionals regarding your individual circumstances.

HEALTH AND FITNESS DISCLAIMER

Certain Frannie offerings may discuss or include topics related to exercise, movement, nutrition, sleep, recovery, physical health, or wellness.

Participation in physical activity carries inherent risks.

You are responsible for determining whether any activity, exercise, nutritional practice, or wellness recommendation is appropriate for you and should consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate, particularly if you have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant, take medication, or have other health concerns.

By voluntarily participating in physical activities associated with our programs, you acknowledge and accept the ordinary risks associated with such participation to the extent permitted by law.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

Our work is built around personal growth, self-trust, intentional living, and individual responsibility.

You understand that your decisions, actions, implementation, health, business decisions, relationships, finances, and results remain your responsibility.

Mentors, educators, speakers, guests, or community members may share experiences, perspectives, strategies, and recommendations. You remain responsible for deciding what is appropriate for your own circumstances.

NO GUARANTEES OF RESULTS

We believe deeply in the work we provide, but individual results vary.

The Frannie Collective does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, physical, relationship, health, business, or other outcome from participating in our programs or using our content.

Testimonials, examples, case studies, and stories represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees of future results.

MENTORSHIP

Participation in Frannie mentorship does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other licensed professional relationship.

Specific mentorship programs may be subject to additional agreements covering matters such as payment, duration, communication, cancellations, intellectual property, confidentiality, and program expectations.

If separate program terms conflict with these general Website Terms, the specific program agreement will control for that program.

PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS

Prices and payment terms will be disclosed when you purchase or enroll in a paid offering.

Individual programs, events, retreats, products, memberships, or mentorship arrangements may have their own cancellation and refund policies.

Those policies will be disclosed at purchase or in the applicable agreement and will govern that transaction.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees already earned or attributable to services already provided are non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.

EVENTS AND EXPERIENCES

Participation in in-person events, retreats, gatherings, workouts, walks, outdoor experiences, or similar activities may involve risks beyond those associated with online participation.

Certain activities or events may require a separate waiver, release, or participation agreement.

We reserve the right to modify event schedules, locations, speakers, activities, or other details when reasonably necessary.

COMMUNITY CONDUCT

We want Frannie spaces to feel open, respectful, supportive, and safe for meaningful conversation.

When participating in Frannie communities, events, calls, social groups, or programs, you agree not to harass others, intentionally disrupt the community, distribute unlawful or harmful material, misuse another participant’s personal information, or engage in conduct that materially interferes with the experience of other participants.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to Frannie communities or offerings for conduct that violates these expectations or materially harms the community.

CONFIDENTIALITY WITHIN COMMUNITY SPACES

Frannie experiences may involve participants voluntarily sharing personal stories or information.

We ask participants to respect the privacy of others and not intentionally distribute another participant’s private story, image, recording, or identifying information without permission.

However, The Frannie Collective cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality. Please use discretion when sharing personal information in group environments.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, all content created by The Frannie Collective—including written materials, audio recordings, Sunday Jams, videos, frameworks, worksheets, workbooks, exercises, graphics, branding, program materials, and other resources—is owned by or licensed to The Frannie Collective and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase or participation gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use materials for your own personal use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, license, publish, teach, commercially exploit, or create derivative commercial products from our proprietary materials without written permission.

RECORDINGS

Certain virtual calls, programs, workshops, or events may be recorded.

When recording occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice.

By voluntarily participating after receiving notice, you understand that your voice, name, image, comments, or contributions may appear in the recording.

Any separate media release or event-specific agreement will control where applicable.

USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

If you voluntarily submit testimonials, comments, photographs, stories, reviews, or other materials to us, we will not use your name, likeness, or testimonial in advertising in a manner requiring permission under applicable law without obtaining appropriate permission.

Content posted voluntarily in public-facing social media spaces may remain subject to the terms and functionality of those platforms.

WEBSITE USE

You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with Website operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or systematically copy protected content, impersonate another person, or use the Website for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, our business, or other users.

The Website and our offerings may use or link to third-party platforms and services.

We are not responsible for the availability, security, policies, content, or practices of third-party services.

Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
